Our event at Haddon Acre will start around the fire with cacao and drumming before we venture into an amazing traditional yurt for gentle movement and a deeply relaxing and healing sound bath.

Before 🎄gets started, come and spend a couple of hours receiving and absorbing all the goodness that cacao, movement and sound bring. When your tank is topped up, it will help with the energy you need to tackle the festive season.
